CDL Drivers
CDL drivers are the backbone of our industry. As a driver for BST, you will deliver goods to our customers while enjoying consistent home time. Hiring Standards
- Must be at least 23 years of age or older
- Must have a current Class A CDL License and DOT physical
- No more than 2 moving violations or 4 points on their motor vehicle report (MVR)
- No DUI or Reckless Operations within the last 5 years
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be register on the Drug And Alcohol Clearinghouse (to obtain consent)
- Complete an employment application with 3 years of verifiable work history
- 10 years of driving history, if applicable
- Complete an interview with the operations manager
- Attend drivers orientation and complete driver training
- Other qualifications may apply
Training Programs (New CDL Drivers)
- 1 week in classroom/yard driving
- 3 weeks with certified trainers

Diesel Mechanics
We are committed in providing the best in safety and operations in the trucking community. Our BST Shop Crew is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Diesel Mechanic to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service.
BST Diesel Mechanic Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience with Volvo Trucks
- Must be able to provide your own tools
- Advanced level mechanic requiring minimum supervision
- Advanced knowledge of diesel repair
- Fluent in Tech Tool software and basic computer skills
- Previous work experience with knowledge of Diesel truck repair
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
BST Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities
- Advanced level mechanic requiring minimum supervision
- Performs repairs (lights, tires, brakes, wheel seals minor engine work, trailer knowledge a plus)
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles
- Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems
- Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software programs associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair time
- Completes quality repairs with limited rework
- All other duties as assigned by upper management

BST Warehouse Material Handler Qualification
- Ability to pass pre-screenings
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime
- Must be at least 18 years old and have transportation
- Experience not necessary – we will train
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
BST Warehouse Material Handler Responsibilities
- Contribute to team effort by completing tasks as assigned
- Sort material and remove all labels
- Repair material if needed
- Lifting, stacking and banding material
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Must be able to work in a close team environment
